本页是 HJLP 自家工坊的 5 大主力工艺 专刊。从 亚克力 CNC 到 PVC 软胶、硅胶、UV 印刷、立牌 / 滴塑，每一道工序都在东莞自社工場内完成，不外包、不转手。 This is HJLP's catalogue of five in-house craft lines. From acrylic CNC to PVC soft rubber, silicone, UV print, and standees / drip moulding — every step runs in our Dongguan floor, no outsourcing.

亚克力立体件 Acrylic solids

アクリル CNC 切削 + 表面研磨 + UV 印刷

3-15mm 透明 / 彩色亚克力板，CNC 雕刻成型。常见用途：钥匙扣、亚克力立牌、展示架、姓名牌、相框。表面可加 UV 彩色印刷或激光内雕。 3-15mm clear / colour acrylic, CNC-routed. Common uses: keychains, standees, displays, name plates, photo frames. UV print or laser inner-engrave on top.

PVC 射出 / 滴塑成形

挂件、立体公仔、钥匙扣、滴塑书签。自主开模，2D / 3D 均可。颜色按 Pantone 调色。 Strap charms, 3D figures, keychains, drip-moulded bookmarks. In-house tooling, 2D / 3D both. Pantone colour-matching.

最小起订量 (MOQ) 是多少？What is the MOQ?

UV 印刷 200 件起，其他工艺 500-1,000 件起。混批 / 混款可议。UV print 200 pcs; other crafts 500-1,000 pcs. Mixed batches / mixed SKUs negotiable.

能否代工日本 IP 角色？Can you make licensed IP characters?

可以。需提供授权证明 + 矢量原稿，签 NDA 后报价。所有过程严格保密。Yes, with licence + vector artwork under NDA. Fully confidential workflow.

交期多长？Lead time?

打样 7-10 天，量产 15-25 天，含检品 + 出货。整体不超 35 天。Sample 7-10 days; production 15-25 days, QC + ship included. ≤ 35 days total.

能直接寄到日本吗？Can you ship directly to Japan?

可以。已与多家日本货代 / 3PL 合作，DDP / DAP 均可，ETA 3-7 天。Yes, with multiple JP forwarders / 3PLs. DDP / DAP both, ETA 3-7 days.

付款方式？Payment terms?

T/T 30% 定金 + 70% 尾款。长期合作可议 L/C 60 天。T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance. L/C 60-day negotiable for repeat orders.
